It’s about turning your brand into a knowledge centre – the go-to destination for helpful, trusted information that your customers and prospects would be delighted by. It’s now more important than ever to ensure your brand is fit for purpose in building its visibility and has a clear, point of difference from the competition.

Why a Knowledge Centre?

We are being pushed content by anyone and everyone, culminating in consumption overdrive with brands struggling to cut through the noise, not being able to connect with their audience and lacking the tools to help build authority and trust.

How I help 

My role is to guide you through this framework in helping to transform your brand into a knowledge centre, providing you with the tools and advice through the stages of the framework. I also provide you with the advice and support to help steer your strategy.


About Simon Swan

Hi there. I’m currently helping businesses transform their brands and also helping to build digital marketing strategies.


Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work for start-ups, blue chip and the public sector, building brands through digital marketing. Brands include, Carphone Warehouse, Subside Sports and BT.

I’ve also completed an MSc in Digital Marketing Communications in conjunction with Econsultancy and I reguarly guest blog on leading industry journals, The Drum, Smart Insights and Comms2Point0
