LEJOG – Jelly Legs and final week of planning

Well, the serious planning/praying etc starts today. The trusty bike got me through 115 miles this weekend of Devon hills for a final practise and, more importantly, to get some more “hills into the legs”.

My trusty bike goes into the Bikeshed, Exeter for a final service this afternoon and then plan to draw up my kitbag…As ever, I plan to keep this blog up to date with developments as I encounter this 14 day challenge. To find out about the LEJOG cycle route, please follow the link for a detailed day to day diary

I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my LEJOG Blog. I hope you’ve found it interesting and feel free to post your thoughts and comments. Once again, thank you for visiting Simon’s LEJOG blog
